Hoburne Park is seeking a Guest & Owner Experience Co-Ordinator to join the team in Christchurch. The role focuses on reception operations, owner account maintenance, aftersales support, and assisting sales while delivering excellent face-to-face service.

The position is permanent, 30 hours per week, with shift flexibility including early, late, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays as required. A supportive environment and employee benefits are offered by Hoburne.

Qualifications

• Experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in hospitality or a holiday park.
• Strong written and verbal communication to interact with guests and owners.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsabilités

• Update and maintain accurate records for bookings, owner accounts and financial transactions.
• Process Private Let and Leisure Passes with correct documentation and approvals.
• Assist in resolving account balances, payments and overdue invoices.
• Coordinate aftersales services and respond to post-sale queries to support the sales team.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs, greeting guests and handling inquiries with high service levels.
• Maintain strong face-to-face communication to build relationships with guests and owners.
• Support sales and provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.
