Job summary

Hoburne Ltd is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee cleaning and maintenance of sublet accommodation across its parks. The role requires attention to detail, a friendly personality, and a high level of customer service under pressure.

You will manage staff rotas, ensure H&S compliance, and supervise weekend and Bank Holiday duties to maintain Hoburne's high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sublet accommodation is cleaned to the highest standard after occupancy.
• Report faults or potential problems promptly to the appropriate person.
• Maintain H&S records and use rostering systems for staff onboarding, absences and leave.
• Weekend and Bank Holiday work may be required.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work as a team player and on their own initiative with a friendly personality, high level of inter-personal skills, be self-motivated and positive attitude with the ability to demonstrate the highest level of customer service and remain calm under pressure.

The role is to ensure that all Company and privately owned sublet accommodation is cleaned and maintained to the highest standard after each occupancy and to make sure all faults, damages or potential problems in letting accommodation are reported immediately to the appropriate person. Attention to detail to maintain our high standards is a key requirement for the position.

The Housekeeping Manager will also be required to:

• Maintain H&S records as required
• To use online systems to complete staff rotas to record and manage team onboarding, absences, annual leave, rostering and recruitment. Previous experience of using rostering would be advantageous
• Have a full clean driving licence

Additional hours may be required when other members of staff are away or on leave. This position is offered on a permanent basis and will require weekend and Bank Holiday work.
