Job summary

ASB Bank seeks an experienced Enterprise Transformation Lead to drive the adoption of the PACE operating model across the bank. You will partner with senior leaders to design practical solutions, embed delivery excellence, and deliver measurable improvements in planning and performance.

Based in Auckland, this role offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements and the opportunity to influence enterprise-scale change within financial services.

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Transformation Lead to support the ongoing evolution and adoption of PACE across ASB. Working closely with senior leaders, tribes, platforms and business teams, you'll help design practical solutions, embed delivery excellence, and drive measurable improvements in planning, delivery and performance.

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

As an Enterprise Transformation Lead, you'll play a key role in bringing the PACE operating model to life. You'll partner with stakeholders to understand challenges, co-design fit-for-purpose solutions, and support the adoption of delivery frameworks, governance practices and ways of working that enable successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Supporting the design, implementation and adoption of PACE initiatives across divisions, tribes and platforms.
• Guiding the adoption of ASB's Delivery Framework and governance practices, ensuring solutions are practical, sustainable and aligned to enterprise standards.
• Engaging with senior leaders and teams to build alignment, engagement and commitment to change.
• Monitoring adoption and effectiveness of solutions, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Driving measurable improvements in delivery capability, planning and performance.
• Partnering with Finance, Risk and Audit to strengthen learning, assurance and continuous improvement.
• Supporting the preparation of reporting and materials for leadership forums as required.

You Will Bring

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
• Experience working with delivery frameworks, operating models, transformation initiatives, or continuous improvement programmes.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across a range of business areas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality leadership papers and presentations.
• Strong project management capability and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A collaborative approach and track record of working effectively across diverse teams combined with the ability to work autonomously, where required.
• Experience within financial services or other complex organisational environments is advantageous.
• A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
