Job summary

ASB Bank seeks an experienced Enterprise Transformation Lead to drive the adoption of the PACE operating model across the bank. You will partner with senior leaders to design practical solutions, embed delivery excellence, and deliver measurable improvements in planning and performance.

Based in Auckland, this role offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements and the opportunity to influence enterprise-scale change within financial services.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with delivery frameworks and transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead complex change and drive adoption across large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation and adoption of PACE initiatives across divisions and platforms.
• Guide adoption of Delivery Frameworks and governance practices aligned to enterprise standards.
• Engage with senior leaders to build alignment and commitment to change.
• Monitor adoption, gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive measurable improvements in delivery capability, planning and performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk and Audit to strengthen learning and governance.
