Zusammenfassung

Department of Conservation (DOC) seeks an experienced Enterprise Business Process Lead to drive enterprise-wide process management, governance and continuous improvement for conservation outcomes and operational excellence.

You will develop DOC's process framework, lead cross‑functional process optimisation, and build capability through coaching and training, with strong analytics and change-management skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading enterprise-wide business process management, including design, mapping and optimisation.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM and Agile frameworks and BPMN notations.
• Experience establishing governance and ways of working in a large organisation.
• Experience leading change and building capability in process management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and relationship management skills.
• A tertiary qualification in business, process improvement or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain DOC's enterprise business process framework, standards and governance model.
• Establish consistent methods, tools and templates for process design, documentation and management.
• Lead enterprise-wide process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build organisational capability in process management through coaching, mentoring and training.
• Monitor and report on process performance, using data to inform priorities.
• Partner with teams across DOC to support consistent and effective process management practices.
