The Department of Conservation in Wellington seeks an experienced Enterprise Business Process Lead to design and embed enterprise-wide process management that supports conservation outcomes and operational excellence.

You will develop the DOC's process framework, lead governance, train teams, monitor performance with data, and partner across DOC and external agencies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading enterprise-wide business process management, including process design, mapping and optimisation.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPM and Agile, and BPMN notation.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, standards and ways of working within a large, complex organisation.
• Experience leading organisational change and building capability in process management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and relationship management skills.
• A tertiary qualification in business, process improvement or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• An understanding of, or willingness to learn about, DOC's conservation, heritage and visitor management context.

• Develop and maintain DOC's enterprise business process framework, standards and governance model.
• Establish consistent methods, tools and templates for process design, documentation and management.
• Lead enterprise-wide process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitor and report on process performance, using data and insights to inform improvement priorities.
• Partner with teams across DOC to support consistent and effective process management practices.
• Build strong relationships across DOC and with external partners and agencies.
