Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) New Zealand is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of the Enterprise Billing & CRM Transformation Programme from initiation through go-live and BAU transition.

You will establish and manage programme governance, develop integrated plans across business, technology, data migration, testing, deployment and readiness, and lead PMO functions while coordinating cross-functional workstreams with clients, vendors and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale ERP/CRM or enterprise transformation programmes.
• Strong governance, risk and vendor management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder delivery across Billing, CRM, Data and Integration teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Enterprise Billing & CRM Transformation Programme from initiation through go-live and BAU transition.
• Establish and manage programme governance, including steering committees, executive forums, decision boards and RAID management.
• Develop and manage integrated programme plans covering business, technology, data migration, testing, deployment and operational readiness.
• Lead PMO functions, including schedule management, dependency tracking, reporting, delivery assurance and governance compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Billing, CRM, Data, Integration, Testing, Migration, Deployment, Operations and Hypercare workstreams.
• Manage teams, client stakeholders, vendors, system integrators, and external delivery partners to ensure successful programme execution.
• Ensure achievement of contractual deliverables, milestones, service levels, and partner commitments.
• Provide executive-level reporting on programme health, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, KPIs, and benefits realization.
• Oversee quality assurance, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, deployment, business readiness, operational readiness, and go-live activities.
• Drive business change, security, regulatory compliance, and mentor programme leadership teams to build a high-performing delivery organization.
