The Salvation Army New Zealand, Fiji, Tonga & Samoa is seeking an Enterprise Applications Specialist to support and enhance our core client and case management system across NZ, Fiji, Tonga and Samoa.
You’ll work with frontline teams and partners to identify improvements, translate business needs into technology solutions, and deliver reporting that informs decisions while improving service delivery and outcomes for communities we serve.
Digital Connect enables trusted information, effective enterprise systems, and connected digital services across The Salvation Army. The Data Connect team supports key organisational platforms, helping our people make informed decisions, improve service delivery, and achieve mission outcomes. We work closely with frontline ministries, support services, and technology partners to ensure our systems provide maximum value to the organisation.
As our Enterprise Applications Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing The Salvation Army's primary client and case management system, which helps our teams deliver services and support to people across New Zealand, Fiji, Tonga and Samoa.
Working closely with frontline teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners, you'll identify opportunities for improvement, solve complex business challenges, and ensure our systems and data help people make informed decisions. This is a varied role that combines business analysis, stakeholder engagement, system administration, reporting, and continuous improvement, all while contributing to meaningful outcomes for the communities we serve.

This role is permanent full time and hours worked will be 37.5 per week.
The starting salary for this role will fall between $93,617.55 and $99,530.34.
