Windsor Park is a 77-bed certified care home providing rest home, hospital and dementia care. This gives you the opportunity to use your clinical judgement across different resident needs while working within your enrolled nursing scope.
Your mornings will include supporting resident care, completing clinical observations, assisting with medicines within scope, maintaining clear records and reporting changes to the Registered Nurse. You will need to be organised, calm and confident working with residents, whānau, caregivers and the wider clinical team.
As a Enrolled Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care to residents across rest home, hospital or psychogeriatric settings.
