Job summary

Grada Recruitment is seeking an experienced geotechnical engineer in Auckland to contribute to a broad range of projects. You will apply your design experience across residential, commercial, infrastructure, and public sector work, while enhancing technical capability and project delivery.

The role offers a hands-on mix of geotechnical design, technical reporting and practical problem solving, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ NZ geotechnical design experience or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Geotechnical investigation, assessment and design.
• Preparing technical reports and design documentation.
• Providing practical geotechnical solutions across a range of projects.
• Working with clients and wider project teams.
• Supporting projects through design and delivery.
