Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, pref. mechanical engineering
• Minimum 5 years' experience in food processing site
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Eng/Maintenance Manager
• Demonstrated experience in managing engineers & contractors
• Familiarity with CMMS systems & solid Excel knowledge

Responsibilities

• Manage the Engineering department
• Preventive maintenance of production equipment
• Reporting functions, Management Reviews, etc.
• Ensure Quality Engineering Best Practice
• Generating and maintaining budgets
• Hiring, training, mentoring & supervising staff members
