Recruitnet Consulting Group Ltd in Hamilton seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to own a broad engineering function across maintenance, reliability, facilities, capital projects and compliance. You will lead an established team, strengthen systems and drive plant performance to support the wider operation.

You’ll oversee the Hamilton site and equipment of the contract manufacturer in Auckland, focusing on proactive leadership, clear priorities and hands-on delivery.

Lead engineering performance across a complex food manufacturing operation.

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to take ownership of a broad engineering function spanning maintenance, reliability, facilities, capital projects and compliance.

Based in Hamilton, this is a senior leadership role with the scope to make a real impact. You will lead an established engineering team while strengthening systems, improving plant performance and ensuring engineering priorities support the wider manufacturing operation. Ownership of the Hamilton plant and oversite of the equipment of their contract manufacturer, in Auckland.

This is a role for someone who enjoys getting close to the operation, identifying what needs attention and making things happen.
