Job summary

6am Recruitment is seeking an Operations Manager, Engineering, South Hamilton to join a newly created leadership role. You will oversee day-to-day operations in a stainless steel engineering environment, with 4 direct reports and close work with the owners to steer growth.

Lead budgeting, reporting and planning processes, identify improvements, and build a high-performing team as part of NZ industry leaders.
