McKay, New Zealand's leading electrotechnology provider, is seeking an ambitious Engineering Manager in Auckland to lead and grow our engineering capability. You will combine technical credibility with hands-on leadership, building trusted client relationships and guiding a talented team.

This role involves shaping strategy, pursuing new markets, winning work, and delivering projects safely and to a high standard while mentoring engineers and developing future leaders.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record leading and developing engineering teams.
• 5+ years experience in electrical or automation engineering.
• Strong client relationship and business development experience.
• Ability to lead bids, proposals and solution development.
• Comfortable with front-end client interactions.

• Grow the engineering business by developing and executing strategy.
• Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and open new markets.
• Lead and coach a team of engineers, delivering projects safely and to high standards.
• Represent McKay with clients, partners and industry stakeholders.
