Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Software Engineering Lead for AccessNow, a cloud-based security solution. You’ll guide the engineering team, set technical direction and ensure secure, reliable software delivery.

You’ll work with Product, Architecture and Quality to shape the product’s evolution and strengthen engineering practices. You’ll lead with accountability, mentoring, and collaboration to deliver high-quality outcomes while growing the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading engineering teams across design, architecture and delivery.
• Strong ability to coach engineers, set expectations and provide feedback.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with delivery, risk, cost and maintainability.
