Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, Biotechnology or related discipline.
• Significant leadership experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to lead strategies, improvements and capital projects.
• Strong financial acumen and cost management skills.
• Experience in maintenance, reliability, validation, facilities and project delivery.

Responsabilités

• Shape the site's long-range asset, infrastructure and capital investment strategy.
• Govern the capital portfolio to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Ensure maintenance and reliability capabilities support safe, compliant supply.
• Lead Facilities and Shared Services to deliver cost-effective support across the value stream.
• Embed risk-based validation strategies across operations and projects.
• Maintain integrated management systems and drive safe, compliant performance.
