Job summary

Stellar Recruitment is seeking an Employment Lawyer in Auckland with approximately 3–5 years' PQE to broaden your experience across employment advisory, litigation and transactional matters. You will work with sophisticated corporate and public sector clients, with opportunities to develop advocacy experience and appear in employment institutions and higher courts.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years' experience in employment law and/or general litigation.
• Commercially minded with strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to develop advocacy experience and appear in institutions and courts.

• Manage employment disputes and litigation
• Assist with corporate transactions and due diligence
