Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a specialist Trans-Tasman law firm to appoint a Corporate/M&A lawyer with 3–6 years PQE in Auckland. You'll advise on complex transactions, acquisitions and investments, collaborate with partners and clients, and contribute to a high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• NZ admitted solicitor with 3–6 years of corporate/M&A experience.
• Strong technical foundations and experience with sophisticated transactions.
• Commercially astute, able to build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex corporate transactions.
• Work on acquisitions, disposals and investments.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documentation.
• Conduct due diligence and manage transaction workstreams.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients from an early stage.
