Job summary

Silver Fern Farms Takapau is seeking an Employment Coordinator to implement and maintain strong on-site employment practices. You will coordinate recruitment, selection and onboarding while delivering high-quality support to managers, applicants and employees.

Successful candidates will bring HR or recruitment experience, be tech-savvy, customer-focused and able to adapt to changing priorities while promoting our site culture.

Silver Fern Farms Takapau have an exciting opportunity for an Employment Coordinator. This fast paced and broad role is part of our experienced team. As the Employment Co-ordinator, you will implement, maintain and facilitate good employment practices on site and be responsible for the coordination and delivery of people related initiatives and activities on site, including recruitment, selection and onboarding.

Our ideal candidate will inspire absolute trust and confidence and enjoy adapting to ever changing priorities. The role provides excellent support service to managers, applicants and employees and looks to continuously improve the service they deliver.

This vacancy has been created due to current incumbent relocating after over 30 years of service.

The successful candidate will haveprevious experience within HR or recruitment and bring energy and commitment to the role.
