You will partner with leaders to drive data-informed decisions, build strong stakeholder relationships, and advance continuous organisational improvement across the business in New Zealand.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, or a related field.

• Experience designing employee surveys, feedback programmes, and engagement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting workforce insights and metrics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to develop strategies, manage programmes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Understanding of inclusion, workplace culture, and employee participation.
