Proven experience in employee engagement and people culture.
Experience designing surveys and feedback programmes.
Strong data analysis to interpret workforce metrics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
Ability to develop strategies and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement employee voice and engagement strategies.
Lead surveys, pulse checks, focus groups, and feedback initiatives.
Analyse workforce data and engagement metrics to identify opportunities.
Develop initiatives to promote inclusion and wellbeing.
Advise leaders on engagement and culture.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Monitor programme effectiveness and report outcomes.
Identify industry trends and implement innovative engagement practices.
