Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you in New Zealand is seeking an experienced Engagement & Voice Lead to strengthen employee engagement, culture, and participation. You will gather feedback, analyze workforce insights, and implement initiatives to promote an inclusive work environment, collaborating with leaders to drive data-informed decisions.

The role focuses on designing surveys, managing programmes, and driving continuous organisational improvement across the company.

Competenze

• Requires degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in employee engagement, employee experience, organisational development, or people and culture.
• Experience designing employee surveys, feedback programmes, and engagement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret workforce insights and metrics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to develop strategies, manage programmes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Understanding of inclusion, workplace culture, and employee participation.
