Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or 5 years work experience.
• Proven experience in electronics testing, production engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong fault‑finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands‑on experience building, modifying, or maintaining test setups or fixtures.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; proactive mindset and commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building high‑quality production test fixtures and equipment
• Collaborating with R&D and NPI teams to support new product introduction
• Ensuring all test equipment meets safety regulations and compliance standards
• Providing responsive factory support to resolve test system issues and maintain production targets
• Recording and managing fixture updates, script changes, and ECN documentation
• Sourcing and liaising with external suppliers for parts and servicing test equipment
• Maintaining safe, organised working environments aligned with 6S principles
• Contributing ideas that drive continuous improvement in testing processes and systems
