Job summary
Gallagher Group Limited is seeking an experienced Electronics Testing Engineer to own how products are proven, not just whether they pass. You will design and build production test systems that improve quality, manufacturing efficiency and customer outcomes, working closely with R&D, NPI and Electronics Manufacturing teams.
This hands-on role lets you troubleshoot on the factory floor, improve testing methods and ensure testability and production-readiness of new products across our Hamilton
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in electronics testing or production engineering.
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining test fixtures or setups.
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality production test fixtures and equipment.
- Collaborate with R&D and NPI teams to support new product introduction.
- Ensure all test equipment meets safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Provide responsive factory support to resolve test system issues and maintain production targets.
- Record and manage fixture updates, script changes, and ECN documentation.
- Source and liaise with external suppliers for parts and servicing test equipment.
