Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Electrician for a full-time, on-site role in Hamilton. You will join a team responsible for maintaining client facilities with a mix of reactive maintenance and project tasks, while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires Electrical Trade qualification, NZ Electrical License (no limits), and knowledge of electrical testing; commercial maintenance experience is desirable. A strong safety mindset is essential.

About the role:

You will be working as part of a team, comprised of Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC Technicians and our Building Maintenance crew, ensuring our clients’ facilities are maintained to a high level. Workload will consist of a combination of reactive maintenance and minor project work, but also assisting with Planned Preventive Maintenance works.

About you:

Electrical Trade qualified. NZ Electrical License ‘no limits’ (Electrical). Good knowledge of electrical testing. Commercial maintenance experience is highly desirable. Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety.
