Job summary

Alignz Recruitment – Christchurch, South Island is recruiting an Industrial Electrician with fitting experience. The role involves working with industrial customers in Christchurch and North Canterbury, performing hands-on electrical tasks and maintenance in fast-paced environments.

You will work full-time, with opportunities for overtime at time-and-a-half and ongoing training. A valid NZ Electrical Practising Licence and a clean driver’s licence are essential assets for this position.

Qualifications

• Industrial Electrician with fitting experience.
• Self-motivated, reliable and honest.
• Good computer skills to keep job and maintenance records.
• Experience with machines, VSDs, motors/gearboxes and processing equipment.
• Hands-on practical person who likes variety in a working week.
• Current NZ electrical practising licence a must.
• Clean drivers licence.

Responsibilities

• Work independently organising and coordinating your own workload in the field.
