Job summary

PBA Ltd in New Zealand is seeking an Electrical Project Supervisor (High Voltage) to lead projects from initiation to handover. You will manage installations, maintenance and commissioning while guiding a skilled field team across diverse client sites.

Ideal candidates bring HV experience, EWRB registration or eligibility, strong leadership and communication, and a customer-first mindset. A current NZ driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential.

The role
As an Electrical Project Supervisor (Senior Technical Specialist), you will lead projects from start to finish, guide your team through installations, maintenance, and commissioning, and still roll up your sleeves on the ground. You will share knowledge, solve problems, and ensure your team leaves every job proud.

You bring

• Proven HV experience and current or eligible EWRB registration
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities
