Job summary

PBA Ltd, a Unison Group company, is seeking an Electrical Project Supervisor to lead high voltage projects across New Zealand. You will supervise installations, maintenance, and commissioning while actively mentoring your team on site.

We value hands-on leadership, clear communication, and a customer-first approach. Regular travel, NZ driver’s licence, and EWRB eligibility are expected, with ongoing training and clear career pathways offered.

Qualifications

The role
As an Electrical Project Supervisor (Senior Technical Specialist), you will lead projects from start to finish, guide your team through installations, maintenance, and commissioning, and still roll up your sleeves on the ground. You will share knowledge, solve problems, and ensure your team leaves every job proud.

You bring

• Proven HV experience and current or eligible EWRB registration
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities
