Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- Minimum 5 years in industrial/plant engineering.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, and power distribution.
- Experience troubleshooting faults under pressure.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards (OHS Act, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical problems in plant machinery and control systems.
- Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Oversee electrical installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Assist in managing electrical capital projects, including budgeting and contractor supervision.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance technicians and operators.
