Job summary
Laminex Taupō is seeking Maintainer Operators with an Electrical Trade qualification to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will combine your electrical expertise with production operations, playing a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting and optimising plant and equipment.
You’ll play a key role in our safety‑focused environment, taking on responsibilities such as setting machine parameters, monitoring performance, making real‑time adjustments, and supporting quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Electrical trade qualification at Level 4 is essential.
- Experience in equipment maintenance and fault-finding.
- Able to operate, set up and troubleshoot plant machinery.
- Strong commitment to health & safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot and optimise plant and equipment.
- Set machine parameters and monitor performance.
- Make real‑time adjustments to support production.
- Assist quality checks and resolve issues promptly.
- Support forklift operations and safety protocols.
