Job summary

Aotea Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman/Senior Electrician to lead high-end residential and commercial projects across the Queenstown Lakes region. You’ll run projects, coordinate teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure work is completed safely to a high standard. You may still jump on the tools when required.

The role values hands-on leadership, quality workmanship, and mentoring apprentices within a supportive team environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• NZ Registered Electrician with current practising licence.
• Experience leading teams and running projects.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Mentor apprentices and support team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and run electrical projects, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate multiple teams across residential and commercial sites.
• Maintain strong client relationships and responsive communication.
