Job summary

You will follow up leads, collaborate with Admissions and Academic teams, and support contract execution and payments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and comprehensive information on available academic programmes.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospective students into enrolments.
• Work closely with Admissions and Academic departments to facilitate student applications, matriculation, enrolment, contract execution and payment processes.
• Participate in roadshows, Open Houses and other student recruitment activities.
• Promote academic programmes through various channels, including referrals and social media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students through cold calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Head of Department (HOD).
