Truck Stops (NZ) Ltd is seeking a Parts & Service Assistant at our Albany branch to support both functions with equal focus. You’ll handle customer inquiries, book services, monitor repairs, procure parts, prepare invoices, and assist workshop administration.

The role emphasizes organised, detail-oriented work and strong communication with customers, technicians, and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly and deliver great service.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience as a service advisor within the heavy transport or automotive industry.
• Enjoys building relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
• Capable of juggling multiple priorities with close attention to detail.
• Confident using computer systems and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, service bookings, and job card creation.
• Monitor repair progress, provide updates, and obtain approvals for additional work.
• Liaise between customers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare, review, and invoice work in progress (WIP) for Parts and Service.
