Job summary

Middlemore Central (MMC) is seeking a motivated Duty Nurse Manager to join the Integrated Operations Centre. This role offers a senior leadership opportunity within Counties Manukau's health network, with responsibilities across staffing, bed allocation, and after-hours coordination.

You will collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to improve patient flow and safety, while participating in emergency response training and incident management initiatives.

Qualifications

• NZ Registered Nurse with a current APC.
• Minimum 5+ years recent acute hospital experience.
• Strong multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing and bed allocation in the IOC.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders.
• Participate in emergency response training and incident management.
