Formación

• Five years of post-registration nursing experience.
• Proficient/Expert on PDRP, or working towards Proficient/Expert.

Responsabilidades

• Lead after-hours coordination for the Wairau Hospital site.
• Provide leadership to staff and maintain patient safety.
• Manage resources and adapt to changing service needs.
• Coordinate with Duty Nurse Manager colleagues district-wide.
