Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group Auckland is seeking an experienced Restaurant & Bar Leader to oversee daily operations, drive exceptional guest experiences, and lead the team in line with Radisson RED Auckland standards.

You will prepare rosters, manage performance, control costs, coordinate with kitchen and events, and ensure NZ food safety and licensing compliance while delivering the Yes I Can spirit and building a great hospitality career.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hotel F&B leadership experience.
• LCQ and Manager’s Certificate.
• Strong leadership and communication.
• Opera Cloud/POS/Oracle experience preferred.
• Flexible shifts including weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop restaurant and bar team.
• Prepare rosters and manage performance.
• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations.
• Manage Bar operations, including stock take and orders.
• Ensure quality service and brand standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and events.
• Control labour, food and beverage costs.
• Manage stocktakes and revenue opportunities.
• Ensure NZ food safety, liquor licensing and H&S compliance.

Purpose: Responsible for leading the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, ensuring compliance, and leading the team in line with Radisson RED Auckland standards.
