Job summary

Savor Group is seeking an experienced Duty Manager for Azabu Ponsonby in Auckland. The role focuses on running day-to-day operations, staff performance, guest experience, and ensuring top quality across offerings at all times.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in a comparable role, the ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends while delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Day to day operations of the venue including staff performance, customer experience, and quality of offerings at all times
• Legal compliance of the venue in particular to the Sale of Alcohol Act 2012
• Assisting with events and group bookings
• Financial management ensuring costs (labour and goods) are well managed
• Assist with the training and development of junior team members
• Maintaining venue standards and presentation at all times

The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager for Azabu Ponsonby! Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience in a comparable role, the ability to work well under pressure, the flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests!

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For

• Day to day operations of the venue including; staff performance, customer experience, and quality of offerings at all times
