Job summary

Four Square Tamahere in the Waikato region is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the store on shift, deliver outstanding customer service and ensure store standards across safety and quality.

You will supervise the team, maintain food safety and health standards, and help drive a friendly, local shopping experience. Prior grocery experience and a Duty Manager Certificate are preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication are essential.
Experience in grocery retail is preferred.
A current Duty Manager Certificate is preferable.

Responsibilities

Offer customers great local service and support the store team.
Direct and supervise staff during shifts.
Maintain Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance and uphold high standards.

We are looking for a retail superstar to join our tight knit team as a Duty Manager at Four Square Tamahere!

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service, a great eye for detail and amazing communication skills. Previous grocery experience and a current Duty Manager Certificate would be preferable.

We are in the heart of the Tamahere community and provide an essential service to our locals. No day is quite the same in Four Square so an ability to multi-task and problem solve is essential! You will be workingacross a range of shifts and tasks including:
