Foodstuffs NZ in Ashburton is seeking a Dry Goods Team Leader to join our Grocery Nightfill team. You will lead by example, motivating your crew to deliver excellent customer service, maintain top presentation standards, and ensure shelves are stocked for smooth store operations.

As part of the Grocery Nightfill team, you’ll collaborate with the Grocery Manager to foster a positive culture, uphold safety and compliance, and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Previous retail, supermarket, or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to high presentation standards.
• A reliable and dependable team player.
• Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the role.
• Flexibility to work additional hours if required
• A current forklift licence with F Endorsement, or a Full New Zealand Driver Licence with the ability to obtain the required endorsement.

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of our store. Working alongside the Grocery Manager, you'll help create a positive team culture while keeping safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction at the heart of everything you do.

Days & Hours of Work:

Sunday to Thursday 3:30pm – 12:00am (40hrs per week)
