Job summary

Foodstuffs South Island Limited is seeking a Dry Goods Team Leader for the Grocery Nightfill team. You will lead by example, coach and motivate the team to deliver top-notch customer service, maintain high shelf presentation and ensure smooth store operations.

Working with the Grocery Manager, you’ll foster a positive culture while prioritising safety and compliance. Key requirements include leadership experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work Sunday to Thursday evenings.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and high presentation standards.
• Reliable and dependable team player.
• Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the role.
• Flexibility to work additional hours if required.
• Forklift licence with F endorsement or NZ Full Driver Licence with endorsement.
