Firth Industries is seeking a Concrete Truck Driver for the Te Awamutu area. You will operate and maintain a concrete truck, delivering to sites while upholding safety and quality standards and keeping customers updated on delivery times.

The role emphasizes strong communication with dispatch and customers, a focus on safety, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities within the Fletcher Building Group.

Formación

• Current Class 4 licence with a clean driving record.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain a concrete truck and complete deliveries in the Te Awamutu area.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, plant teams and customers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Conduct vehicle checks and ensure deliveries meet quality and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional service and build strong customer relationships on-site.
• Follow safety policies and contribute to a safe work environment.

We're currently looking for a customer-focused Concrete Truck Drivers to join our Te Awamutu team.

About the Role

This is much more than a driving job. As a Truck Driver, you'll be the face of Firth on customer sites, ensuring quality concrete is delivered safely, on time and to specification. You'll work closely with dispatchers, plant teams and customers to keep projects running smoothly while providing exceptional service every step of the way. Your day will involve operating and maintaining a concrete truck, completing deliveries across the Te Awamutu area, carrying out vehicle checks, communicating with customers and ensuring all deliveries meet Firth's quality and safety standards.
