Job summary

Winstone Aggregates is seeking Class 5 drivers to support our operations in the Waikato region. You will drive a truck and trailer to deliver bulk aggregates, with focus on safe operation and customer service.

Quality control and site planning are key, with regular dispatch contact. Training is provided and development opportunities are available. We offer a supportive, safety-focused workplace and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Class 5 driving experience with a valid NZ licence.
• Experience in customer service and liaising with customers is preferred.
• Jackknifing, reversing and tipping skills are advantageous.

Winstone Aggregates are looking for Class 5 drivers to join their team servicing our customers in the Waikato region.

What will you be doing daily?

• Driving a truck and trailer unit carting bulk aggregates to customers in top quality trucks
• Jackknifing, reversing and tipping skills advantageous
• Providing excellent customer service when liaising with customers
• Quality control of delivered product – bin cleanliness is a must
• Efficiently planning your travel between sites having regular contact with dispatch

• Guaranteed 40 hour per week; Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday
• Good pay rate - starting hourly rate from $30.00 depending on experience – extra hours available
