Job summary

Winstone Aggregates in Waikato District is seeking Class 5 drivers to join our team, delivering bulk aggregates to customers in top quality trucks. You will handle jackknifing, reversing and tipping where possible, and provide excellent customer service.

We offer a guaranteed 40-hour week, with occasional Saturday work, a competitive starting hourly rate of 30 NZD, full training, development opportunities, a safe working environment and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a truck and trailer for bulk materials.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to plan travel between sites with dispatch support.

Winstone Aggregates are looking for Class 5 drivers to join their team servicing our customers in the Waikato region.

What will you be doing daily?

• Driving a truck and trailer unit carting bulk aggregates to customers in top quality trucks
• Jackknifing, reversing and tipping skills advantageous
• Providing excellent customer service when liaising with customers
• Quality control of delivered product – bin cleanliness is a must
• Efficiently planning your travel between sites having regular contact with dispatch

• Good pay rate - starting hourly rate from $30.00 depending on experience – extra hours available
