Job summary

OneStaff Dunedin is seeking a Class 4 Driver for projects in Dunedin. The role involves driving on civil sites and hands-on support across duties under supervision. You should have a current NZ Class 4 licence, be reliable, and prioritise safety.

Constructsafe is helpful but not essential. Weekly pay and full PPE are provided, with competitive pay rates and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Current NZ drivers licence, class 4 minimum.
• Civil construction experience preferred.
• Reliable, hardworking team player with a safety mindset.
• Willingness to assist with other duties on site.

Responsibilities

• Drive as required on civil/site projects in Dunedin.
• Assist with other duties on site as needed.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards on all tasks.
• Complete pre-employment checks as required (D&A, MOJ).

OneStaff Dunedin is a leading supplier of temporary and permanent staff to employers throughout Dunedin. With many current projects in place, our client is a leading civil company seeking a Class 4 Driver to join their team based in Dunedin

This is an ideal opportunity to be working in a team environment under the guidance and instruction of experienced supervisors, gaining a variety of skills along the way.

Job Requirements:

• Current full NZ drivers licence, class 4 minimum
• Civil construction experience ideal
• Reliable, hardworking team player
• Ability to be hands on with other duties. These roles are predominately driving but require you to help out in other aspects of the job.
• A current Constructsafe Card helpful but not essential
• Working safely and promoting good habits, demonstrating a commitment to Health & Safety
