Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking an experienced Class 5 driver to deliver and unload steel products to sites around New Plymouth. This fixed-term role is three days per week with a view to moving to full-time for the right candidate.

You will transport materials, support site operations, handle loads, and operate vehicles safely in varied environments, while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Full Class 5 NZ Driver Licence required.
• HIAB qualification preferred but not essential.
• Strong understanding of load restraint and transport safety.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Strong commitment to health and safety practices.

Are you an experienced Class 5 driver looking for flexible work and the potential to secure a permanent role? We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused driver to join our client, delivering and unloading steel products to sites across New Plymouth. This is a fixed-term opportunity working three days per week, with the potential to move into full-time employment for the right candidate.
