Job summary

Tradestaff New Zealand is recruiting a Dispatcher for Wanaka to coordinate deliveries and keep the yard running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on accurate order processing, data entry, and excellent customer service as you schedule loading and delivery of all orders.

Immediate start is available with short- and long-term opportunities. Training is provided if you have passion and drive, plus a commitment to health and safety and the ability to pass a Police Check.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but training is provided.
• Must be able to pass a Ministry of Justice Check (Police Check).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through accurate order processing and data entry.
• Coordinate and schedule the loading, and delivery of all orders.
• Efficiently manage resources.
• Request order numbers and manage order documentation.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, including washing down the site.

The Role:
