Job summary

Superstaff is seeking a hands-on Dispatch Lead for a Wiri-based team. You’ll manage a two-person dispatch unit, coordinate goods leaving the warehouse, and supervise general warehouse duties with some lifting.

Experience in dispatch environments and inventory systems is preferred. The role is initially a temporary position with potential for long-term work, with a split of 70% office administration and 30% warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent MS Office skills, administration and customer service.
• Experience in a dispatch environment and ability to route products.
• Experience with inventory systems.
• Forklift certification and ability to load trucks.
• Able to lift, bend and move products physically.

Responsibilities

• Lead dispatch duties for a two-person team and ensure timely shipment of goods.
• Perform general warehouse tasks with occasional lifting.
• Handle office administration for outgoing goods and coordinate with stakeholders.

Our Wiri client is seeking a new team member to lead their dispatch team of 2. It's a hands on role with potential for some lifting. Youll be undertaking general warehouse duties as well as the administration for the goods leaving the warehouse. About 30% of duties in the warehouse, and 70% office work.

This role is initially a temping position, but depending on continued workload theres potential for long term work.

Responsibilities and requirements:

• Excellent MS Office skills, administration and customer service skills
• Experience working in a dispatch environment, and the ability to efficiently send product where they need to go.
• Experience with inventory systems
• Forklift cert and able to load trucks
• Able to lift, bend and move product physically around the warehouse as needed
• $30 - $35 / hr depending on experience
