Job summary

The Roofing Store is looking for a hands-on Dispatch Coordinator to keep deliveries moving across our Manukau, Albany and Hamilton branches. You’ll coordinate delivery runs, prepare accurate documentation, keep customers informed and work closely with drivers and internal teams.

You’ll also lead two Dispatchers who report directly to you, keeping the team organized and deliveries on track, with a practical, team-focused approach and clear communication under pressure.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to manage a small team.
• Excellent organisation, multitasking and prioritisation.
• Proactive communication with customers and drivers.
• Accurate documentation and data entry skills.
