Job summary

Community Connections is seeking a Service Delivery Lead for our Hawke’s Bay-based team in Napier. You will lead multiple teams delivering Supported Independent Living services, ensuring person-centred approaches and high standards of quality across Hastings area.

You will coach and supervise staff, coordinate daily operations with the General Manager, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes for disabled people.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in management, nursing, social services, psychology, or commensurate experience.
• At least two years' experience in health and disability or social services.
• At least one year leading and managing teams.
• Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to IT systems including Google Apps and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-task.
• Experience in performance management.
• Experience working with diverse cultures.
• Expertise in planning and delivering person-centred services.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Supported Independent Living services across Hawke’s Bay.
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day service delivery to ensure high quality outcomes.
• Coach and supervise teams and provide operational oversight.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to align services with strategic goals.
