Job summary

Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) in New Zealand seeks a Recovery Partner to support people living with lifelong disability after injury. You’ll be a trusted partner for clients/kiritaki and whānau, understanding what matters to them and guiding them through coordinated health, disability and community services to maximise independence.

You’ll work with diverse partners, develop plans, navigate complex journeys, and help clients achieve fulfilling, everyday lives with empathy and respect.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate support across health, disability and community services.
• Build trusted relationships with clients/kiritaki and their whānau.
• Help clients live more independently by understanding goals and arranging appropriate supports.
